Divorce Corp Documentary Review From a 15 Year Non-Lawyer Divorce Professional

Divorce has always been a tough and touchy subject for lots of people. However, we must realize where those negative ideas come from.

Most of those negative ideas come from the horror stories we hear about divorce from our friends and family.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m not advocating a pro-divorce stance. Quite the opposite.

However, I do feel that IF a married couple is going to get a divorce, that there certainly doesn’t need to be the associated problems caused by lawyers and judges. And that the divorce court system should be re-thought with a careful love of family. (and not “the love of money”).

Remember, that even divorced couples still have family bonds if there are children of the marriage.

These have been my views for a long time.

And in 2014, Producers Philip Sternberg and James D. Scurlock came together with Director Joseph Sorge to make an in-depth documentary film called “Divorce Corp.”

This film holds the same ideals about the divorce court system that I do.

Hi Julie. Thanks for putting these videos for us to see.

I had no idea that the Judge was sole decision maker on all things. I’m definitely going with mediation or the “done 4 you” divorce service now.

There is no way I’m putting myself through the divorce court process

Yep, I’ve thought about these things for many years. I’m glad that the producers of Divorce Corp. finally put it on the big screen.
